New Music This Week

It’s the duet we’ve all been waiting for since Miranda Lambert released her track list for her upcoming album. Miranda teams up with Maren Morris on this absolute jam of a song in “Way To Pretty For Prison.”

Cole Swindell is out with yet another great song. He’s on such a roll right now. “Down to Earth” is his latest this week.

Dylan Schneider, who was our Artist You Need to Know two weeks ago surprised us all by dropping an EP this week. “Bad Thing About a Backroad” is one that jumps out to us from Whole Town Talk.

Old Dominion appeared on this week’s episode of NBC’s Songland and ended up releasing the winning song they selected. “Young” has such a fun summer vibe to it and was even picked up by Jeep for a new commercial. This one’s on repeat.

Honey Country and Spencer Crandall teamed up for a catchy song this week. The female band’s sound blends so well with Crandall’s. Take a listen to “Under Your Influence.”

Zac Brown Band’s latest this week is “Need This” — a uniquely Zac Brown Band song that is a different sound than we’re all use to.

UK country-pop singer Andy Brown’s new one will grab your attention just by the title. “John Travolta” has him singing about how bad of a dancer he is but with his girl he feels like he’s a good dancer.

Vince Gill released his new album this week in Okie. The album is classic Vince and encourage everyone to take an hour out of their day to listen to it, starting with “The Red Words.”

Canaan Smith is out with a new song for the second straight week. Similar to the week prior, “Country Boy Things” is going to make you get in the party mood.

Jana Kramer’s voice is so good and pure it’s always a good thing when we get new music from her. “Good Enough” is snappy catchy and hopefully it’s the first of much more new music.

Waterloo Revival’s newest one this week is “Slice of Heaven.” The duo has such a good sound to them and you get the feeling they’re about to get a big break real soon.

One of the more anticipated new songs this week was from two rising acts that are both going to be household names. Muscadine Bloodline and Jon Langston team up on a great new song with “Damn I Need a Dirt Road.”

Midland also released a new album this week that is fantastic. Let It Roll could end up getting some serious award nominations at upcoming awards shows. Start off your listening with “Every Song’s A Drinkin’ Song.”

Elle Mears is a talented up and coming singer you need to follow. She posts these awesome remixes of songs from a females perspective. But she’s also been releasing new music of her own. “Sip It Off My Lips” is her latest this week.

Talented songwriter Adam Hambrick (“Somebody Else Will” and “How Not To”) continues to release new music of his own. This week it’s the ultra catchy “Forever Ain’t Long Enough.” It’s going to get stuck in your head — and that’s a good thing.
