New Music: February 25, 2019

Maren Morris released yet another song from her upcoming album GIRL, due out March 8th. “Bones” is a simple song yet it really showcases her impressive voice along with a catchy beat.

“Shallow” from Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga’s hit movie “A Star is Born” has been one of the most covered songs in the last few months. It was only a matter of time before country music tackled it. Jimmie Allen and Abby Anderson killed it with their rendition.

New music from Reba McEntire is always a good thing. She’s teasing her new album with the release of “No U in Oklahoma,” a very country western sounding song.

We simply can’t wait for Brooks & Dunn’s duets album that is dropping in early April. After releasing the duets with Luke Combs and Kane Brown, this week they released “My Next Broken Heart” with Jon Pardi.

Jennifer Nettles released a powerfully vulnerable song called “I Can Do Hard Things.” It’s clear that the song’s message is important for her to get out. What isn’t clear is if this means that Sugarland is once again taking a break.

Levi Hummon joined Canadian county singer Kira Isabella on her song “We Should Be Together.” It’s such a catchy song with driving country instrumentals, while showcasing both of the young artists vocals.

On the heels of releasing the super addicting “Nightmare” in 2018, Nikita Karmen dropped another new song called “Our Thing.” The Australian-born singer is definitely someone to keep an eye on.

Muscadine Bloodline dropped “Montgomery” this week. It’s a cleverly written song about trying to drive through a town that holds so many memories. Check it out.
