New Music January 14, 2019

There is a ton of new music on the horizon as Cassadee Pope announced a new album is coming February 1st and various other artists are teasing new songs are on the way. We’re still not at a place where there’s a regular bank of new songs for us fans to listen to but it’s close folks. Real close.

This week Randy Houser released Magnolia, his fifth studio album. It’s been nearly three years since Houser last released an album and country music is always better when Randy Houser is on the charts. One of our favorites is “High Time.”

RaeLynn dropped a fun new party anthem this week called “Rowdy.” It’s pretty self explanatory. This is a song to add to your pregame playlist for Friday night.

Spencer Crandall, one of our favorite new artists that is in the mold of a Kane Brown, Tyler Rich, and Filmore, released a great new song. If you’ve ever unsuccessfully put on a strong front after a relationship ends, then you’ll enjoy “Ain’t Working For Me.”

After fans begged and pleaded for Dan + Shay to release an acoustic version of “Speechless” to use as a wedding song, the duo did what any great artist would do. They gave fans what they asked for. They also recorded an acoustic version of “Tequlia” but chances are you’ll hear this version of “Speechless” at weddings in 2019.

Country up and comer Caroline Jones gave us a remarkable cover of Kansas’ “Dust in the Wind.” Stunning.

In Case You Missed It…

Right before Christmas, Florida Georgia Line released another song from their upcoming album. If “People Are Different” is any sign of what’s to come with the new project, we’re pretty pumped.
