New Music: September 7

Holy toledo is there a ton of new music. It’s going to take a while to listen to all of the new projects that were released today. New songs from Carrie Underwood and Kane Brown highlight this week’s list of new music but there were a bunch of EPs from rising female acts that you need to check out.

Kane Brown released “Homesick” which is one of the most honest songs he’s written and released. Touring and traveling across the country is what artists dream of but there’s always the personal and family aspect that sometimes gets forgotten by fans.

Carrie Underwood’s highly anticipated album is due out September 14th and has received a ton of praise from those in the industry. Carrie produced her album for the first time and what we’ve heard so far has been another level for her. It’s no different with her latest release “End Up With You.”

RaeLynn released an album called “Origins” which features some of her “original” songs over the last few years. She included two new songs that haven’t been officially released before: “Dirty Word” and “Gullible Heart.”

Abby Anderson is an artist we think has unlimited potential. She released her EP titled “I’m Good.” It’s better than good. You’re going to want to keep an eye on her in the next year or two. Give “This Feeling” a listen.

Jillian Jacqueline is also an artist you need to keep an eye on. A year after releasing her EP titled “Side A,” she’s releasing “Side B.” It includes the hit with Keith Urban “If I Were You” that everyone is talking about. Check out “Priorities” below but make sure to check out the rest of Side B.

Runaway June is a female trio that could end up being the next big thing in Nashville within the next few years. They’re going on tour with Carrie Underwood in 2019. You’ve probably heard their Top 30 song “Lipstick” from 2016. They released a self-titled EP that gives you a tease of what’s to come from the group.
